On July 16, 2025, the Bosch Rexroth Cybersecurity Day took place in Ulm. During the event, Bosch Rexroth provided participants with comprehensive information on the topic of cybersecurity. More than 50 customers followed the invitation.

Automation update: The new LTS release is here

New apps, updates and other components ensure that state-of-the-art automation is possible. This is also shown by the LTS release 2.6, which is now available.

With its operating system ctrlX OS, Bosch Rexroth has caused a sensation within the market: The automation specialist has uncoupled the software from its own control hardware and made it available for the industrial environment. Bosch Rexroth is taking the next step as regards freedom and openness: In the past, the real-time-capable, Linux-based operating system was used exclusively on the control system ctrlX CORE. However, it is now available as a separate solution for industrial environments. ctrlX OS can be used on all levels – from the field level to the cloud, and on a range of different hardware.
